Terrence Terifay
Bio
As a QHP Capital Senior Executive Operating Advisor, Terrence offers over 30 years of experience in corporate strategy and build-out, general management, commercial operations, and organizational operations in private and publicly traded companies. Terrence was Chief Commercial Officer at Azurity Pharmaceuticals until August 2025, during a time of significant global expansion and overall performance growth. He led the transformation and expansion of the commercial organization through an innovative, industry leading go-to-market strategy that drives the value proposition for Azurity today. Prior to joining Azurity, he served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer for Charleston Laboratories, Inc., a specialty biopharmaceutical company focused on fixed dosed combination treatments for emesis related to acute conditions such as migraine and post-operative pain. He also served as Senior Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer for OptiNose, Inc., focused on drug-device combination treatments that optimize nasal drug delivery. Prior to OptiNose, Terrence served in a range of U.S. and global leadership roles in publicly traded companies such as Covidien-Mallinckrodt, Cephalon, and Johnson & Johnson. He began his career at Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Terrence has completed advanced leadership coursework from Washington University in St. Louis, MO and has dual degrees in Finance and Risk Management & Insurance from La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA.
