Ed Seguine

Bio

Over his 25+ year career in Biotech/Pharma technology, Ed Seguine has earned a reputation as a disciplined ‘Company Builder’ with a ‘Founder’ mentality to drive growth, solve problems and deliver results.  Ed has served as CEO of several companies going through significant strategic inflection points.  Notably, he was the co-founder and CEO of Clinical Ink, a pioneering clinical trial data capture platform. For nearly 14 years, Ed led Clinical Ink through multiple stages of growth from start-up to over $400M in total contract bookings, achieving 47% 5-year CAGR (2018-22), and guiding the company through multiple private equity transactions and 2 acquisitions. He previously led Fast Track Systems as CEO and sold the company to Medidata prior to their IPO.  He began his life science career at Eli Lilly where he was a founding member of the technology venture capital team that was the most active corporate life science investor during that time.  Prior to earning his MBA at Indiana University, Ed graduated from BYU in Finance and worked as the Controller at Action Target, a defense technology start-up.
