Collins Earp

Bio

Collins is responsible for portfolio company operations and value creation.

Prior to QHP, Collins built his career across the full business spectrum. He started at an entrepreneurial digital venture and then worked at one of the largest financial institutions in the world. Most recently, he was a Corporate & Investment Banking Associate at JPMorgan, advising middle-market companies on capital structure, liquidity, and growth financing. Before that, he held a series of roles at Three Ships, a Raleigh-based digital investment firm, where he ultimately served as an operating lead and drove meaningful growth through data-driven improvements.
